Hardy Native Herbaceous Perennial, usually of hedgerows and open woodland; with many clusters of simple yellow flowers on tall, leafy, brittle stems above deeply lobed foliage in April to October.

Wildlife Value:
Very attractive to Bees, Beetles and Flies.
Other Interest:
Was used in herbal medicine as a diuretic and laxative, and to stimulate the circulatory system.
